Asha Gomez an owner of Cardamom Hill always tries to experiment with the exclusive cuisine and such conventional measures
have made her master in preparing roasted ducks beef croquettes and fried chicken. The above mentioned dishes are trademarks of Miss Gomez and she loves keeping the fair of ingredients within the soil of Kerala. 

While talking about the experience she said I recently came back from India and met with my daughter who is serving one Keralite restaurant and walking there strongly reminded me Cardamom hill and its presentation of dishes, spacious layout and varieties of dishes.

During my visit to Kerala I witnessed and experienced and environment of all kind of restaurant and each of it were different and had a contrasting elements that does not match with an essential of other one.

Evaluating the core of the entire restaurant I found cardamom as a standout performer and of the three mentioned below I would strongly recommend first and a second one to meet an expectation while third one needs little more modification and implementation.

If ever you feel like easing with the different and amazing flavours than walk within the doors of Cardamom to experience the same. While talking about dishes and their flavour everything were just perfect and their astounding menu of railroad beef curry banana-leaf bundle holding gingery, spicy beef and cool yogurt rice were just elementary.

Now if you will ask me what was the main course that won your heart than I would conclude the name of special curry of head-on Georgia shrimp in a super-rich coconut curry sauce was definitely the best that we could ask for?

As above mentioned were just exquisite don’t forget to try Kerala style fried chicken as its thick layer and spice batter are surely going to melt within your tongue giving you a feeling of delight. My only disappointment was a taste of fragrant goat biryani which was spelled with soft rice and soopy texture.

To get an real experience of Kitchen sensation you are require to walk here as the friendly ambience which has been kept very simple talks about the simple approach of the restaurant. After the early morning nostalgia you can rest assure to get your table here.

The moment you will take your sit you will witness the posters of Bollywood stars, bright colours and an essence takes sneaks from the culinary room attributes to your measures. Here you can choose from the blogs of menu as they are expert in serving Indian accented sandwiches, salads, wraps, vegetarian and non vegetarian course.

When it comes to its win-win dish than try its Chaat, Kale Pakora, kale abatement, SPDP, fried noodle with tangy chutney, the corn Bhel salad, Okra matchsticks and many more. Well if you think eatery is all what you are going to have here than make sure to try cocktails and beers which in turn add more diversity in their cuisine complex.

Although the environment of the restaurant was pretty amazing but the great disappointment were its dishes. More of the flavours did not appeal my senses because that clump of micro green rots within the plate filled with julienned fried Okra really got me off. Beside that those chutneys were really huge ask of you are cookery expert.

Other dishes we tried were Samosa that lacked better halves of seasoning neither Baigun Bharta were not too excellent nor chicken tikka made me say wow the only thing that walked along with balance was its Naan or rather say bullet Naan which was smeared with jalapeƱo and red onion.
